Location

The house is nestled in the perfect basecamp location for spending time in the Wasatch Mountains. Utah County is known for having activities for families. The Wasatch mountains are at your fingertips - 10 min from American Fork Canyon, 20 min from Provo Canyon, 30 min from Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons.

Home Layout

You'll walk into a spacious living area and full kitchen to the left. The kitchen offers full sized appliances, dishes, cookware, coffee maker, and a nice open feel along with the ping pong table and a 65 inch smart TV and sitting area. The dining table seats 8 comfortably. To the right of the entry door, you'll find the game room with billiards and foosball.

As you go through past the game room you enter a hallway with the main bathroom and 3 bedrooms. On the left is the Main en-suite Bedroom with a Queen size bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom with shower,

The second bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and dresser. Bedroom number 3 has two twin bunkbeds, and sleeps 4.

As you go downstairs you will find laundry to the left. To the right is the second large gathering area. There is another 65" TV with a large couch, and an air-hockey table.

As you continue past this second game room you'll find the downstairs bathroom with a tub, the second kitchen complete with a second set of laundry. Next to the kitchen is a basement entry way with a Basketball shooting game. Next to the basketball game is a futon that folds out for 1 person to sleep on.

The 4th bedroom is right off the basement kitchen. This bedroom includes a walk-in closet, a full-size bed, and a bunkbed with a twin up top and a full on bottom. This room sleeps 5.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Our family has lived in Utah County for 10 of the 12 years we've been together. We love traveling together and truly believe American Fork is the best basecamp for our family.

We bought the 700 House and flipped it together as a family, in hopes that we could create the perfect home for large groups to come and spend quality time together. It turns out that our kids fell in love with it too, and love to use it for our own family get togethers too!

We live 2 blocks from the 700 House, which makes it easy for us to be great hosts - unless we are adventuring in Europe, Alaska, Mexico, or perhaps somewhere tropical!
